Mileage & Fuel Reimbursement Policy

For clients located outside of Patrol Dash’s standard service area, a mileage and fuel reimbursement fee will be applied to ensure fair and efficient service delivery. This fee supports the extended travel time and additional fuel costs associated with servicing properties beyond the established patrol zones.

Out-of-Area Reimbursement Rates

First 10 miles from Patrol Dash dispatch center: Included in base pricing.
11–20 miles: $0.75 per mile (round trip).
21–35 miles: $1.00 per mile (round trip) + $10 travel surcharge.
36+ miles: Custom quote required based on location and patrol frequency.

Clients will be notified of any applicable mileage fees during the quote or booking process. Ongoing service plans may qualify for mileage discounts or waived surcharges depending on frequency and location.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Patrol Dash services. By booking or using our patrol services, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Bookings are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

2. Service Terms

Patrol Dash reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe or non-compliant environments.
Client must ensure property access and provide accurate service details.
Services may be delayed due to prior emergencies, weather, or traffic conditions.

3. Liability

Patrol Dash is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to service delays or third-party interference.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

4. Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03/25/25

We strive for service satisfaction. Our refund policy includes:

1. Scheduled Services

Full refund if canceled 24+ hours before scheduled patrol.
50% refund if canceled 6–24 hours before.
No refund if canceled less than 6 hours before.

2. On-Demand & Emergency Services

Non-refundable once the patrol is en-route or has occurred.

3. Patrol Dash Cancellation

If we cancel for any reason, a full refund or reschedule credit will be offered.

4. Discretionary Adjustments

Refund exceptions may be granted in cases of service disruption beyond the client's control.
