United Emergency Management & Security Agency (UEMSA) Event Security Services Agreement
1. Term of Agreement
This Agreement applies specifically to the event. Services begin and end at times specified in the attached event schedule.
2. Payment Terms
Total payment of is due in full prior to the commencement of services. No services shall be rendered without full payment.
3. Scope of Services
UEMSA shall provide event security services, which may include but are not limited to:

Access control
-
Crowd management
-
Perimeter security
-
Emergency response
-
VIP protection (if applicable)
4. Limitations of Service
UEMSA cannot guarantee the prevention of incidents or crimes and is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the event.
5. Price Adjustments
Unforeseen circumstances requiring additional staffing, hours, or equipment may result in additional charges, communicated in writing and payable immediately.
6. Disaster Clause
UEMSA shall not be responsible for failure to perform due to natural, man-made, or technological disasters.
7. Vehicle Issues
Any delays or disruptions caused by vehicle issues are not the responsibility of UEMSA.
8. Deployment Clause
In emergencies requiring redeployment of personnel, UEMSA may adjust coverage without liability.
9. Access Provision
Client agrees to provide all access, passes, credentials, and permissions necessary for UEMSA to perform its duties.
10. Emergency Response
UEMSA will respond to emergencies as they arise but cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage during major incidents.
11. Mutual Aid
UEMSA may supplement staffing with trusted third-party security providers if needed. Clients may opt out in writing, understanding service may be affected.
12. General Limitation of Liability for Service Interruptions
UEMSA shall not be held liable for service interruptions, delays, or inability to fulfill duties due to unforeseen circumstances or redeployment.
