South Florida security services
United Emergency Management & Security Agency (UEMSA) provides the security services. PayGo Service is UEMSA's flexible security service, and Patrol Dash is the operations platform supporting scheduling, officer tracking and incident reporting. UEMSA lists Florida security agency license B3400483.
UEMSA serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties in South Florida. Coverage for a specific location is subject to availability, licensing requirements, staffing capacity, risk level and service approval.
You can request security officers, event security, patrol services, fire watch and traffic control. UEMSA also offers managed security plans, shared patrol and temporary crisis patrol coverage.
Shared Patrol plans are $500, $1,500, $2,000 or $2,500 a month depending on visits per week. Other pricing depends on location, hours, service type, staffing, required certifications and assessed risk. Request a quote for your specific property or event.

No. Shared Patrol is pay as you go, month to month, with plans from $500 a month. Each payment covers one month of patrol service. UEMSA emails a payment link before the month ends. If the next month is not paid, service stops at the end of the paid month and starts again when you pay. Service is subject to approval and route availability.
No. Pay As You Go is booked per request with no long-term commitment. You pay for the coverage you book, subject to availability, staffing and service approval.
It is a UEMSA partner program for people who introduce properties and businesses that need security. Partners earn a 5 to 20 percent commission, based on volume and performance, on contracts that are finalized and paid.
